Dave Freeman
President/Owner

Beginning AMS shortly after graduating from WWU, Dave quickly realized that success in the mailing/print and fulfillment world would require having the right people, strategically located with cutting edge technology. To that end continuing to this day, Dave is the motivating force for “ever improvement” with facilities, equipment and know how. “I know AMS has the best people who constantly improve systems, service and production. Our technology gives us broad ranging capabilities to adapt and succeed in our changing markets.”

On a personal level Dave is a family guy, deeply rooted in his heritage and community. Hobbies include biking, hiking and playing on his John Deere tractor.

Dale Vander Stelt
General Manager

Born in Brooten, Minnesota Dale moved to Washington with his family in 1977. Growing up in Lynden (his last name is Vander Stelt after all) he graduated high school and took a year to attend Ron Bailie School of Broadcasting in Seattle. Upon graduating from RBS he took a job at a small radio station in Ferndale, WA where he worked night shift for 5 years. Small market radio is known for low pay and odd hours, growing tired of both Dale moved on to run a printing press at a small town newspaper in Lynden where he eventually moved into sales then ultimately to General Manager position until his choice to move on at the end of 2001. On January 2, 2002 Dale joined AMS where he has been GM ever since.
